What's Covered

TrueSmith Jeweler stands behind every ring we craft with a lifetime warranty covering all manufacturing defects. Our warranty includes:

  • All manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Prong integrity — we will re-tip or rebuild prongs that show structural weakness at no charge
  • One complimentary ring sizing adjustment within the first year of purchase
  • Stone tightening for life — if a stone becomes loose due to normal wear, we will re-secure it free of charge

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How to Make a Claim

Filing a warranty claim is straightforward. Follow these steps:

  1. Email info@truesmithjeweler.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid, insured return shipping label.
  4. Ship your ring to us. Turnaround time for warranty repairs is 5–7 business days from receipt.
  5. We return your repaired ring via free insured shipping — fully covered.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear including surface scratches, scuffs, and finish wear over time
  • Lost or chipped stones resulting from physical damage, impact, or accidental force
  • Custom engraved or resized rings that fall outside the original specifications
  • Damage caused by chemical exposure, improper cleaning, or negligence
  • Rings that have been modified or repaired by a third-party jeweler without prior written approval from TrueSmith Jeweler
