What's Covered
TrueSmith Jeweler stands behind every ring we craft with a lifetime warranty covering all manufacturing defects. Our warranty includes:
- All manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Prong integrity — we will re-tip or rebuild prongs that show structural weakness at no charge
- One complimentary ring sizing adjustment within the first year of purchase
- Stone tightening for life — if a stone becomes loose due to normal wear, we will re-secure it free of charge
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
How to Make a Claim
Filing a warranty claim is straightforward. Follow these steps:
- Email info@truesmithjeweler.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, we will send you a prepaid, insured return shipping label.
- Ship your ring to us. Turnaround time for warranty repairs is 5–7 business days from receipt.
- We return your repaired ring via free insured shipping — fully covered.
Exclusions
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear including surface scratches, scuffs, and finish wear over time
- Lost or chipped stones resulting from physical damage, impact, or accidental force
- Custom engraved or resized rings that fall outside the original specifications
- Damage caused by chemical exposure, improper cleaning, or negligence
- Rings that have been modified or repaired by a third-party jeweler without prior written approval from TrueSmith Jeweler
