30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your ring. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date for a full refund.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original, unaltered condition
  • Free of scratches, resizing, or any signs of wear
  • Accompanied by all original documentation, including the diamond certificate
  • Returned in the original packaging

How to Return

Initiating a return is simple:

  1. Email info@truesmithjeweler.com with your order number and reason for return. Please include photos if the item arrived damaged.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization.
  3. We will email you a prepaid, fully insured return shipping label — no cost to you.
  4. Package your ring securely and drop it off at the carrier location.
  5. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item, credited to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not issue cash refunds.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom engraved rings — once engraving is applied, the piece cannot be restocked
  • Resized rings — rings adjusted outside their original size are considered custom
  • Special orders — items produced to non-standard specifications at the customer's request

If you received a defective or damaged item — regardless of the above — please contact us immediately. Manufacturing defects are covered under our Lifetime Warranty.
